So, how strange does our time seem today? We in the West generally, and in the United States specifically, live in a culture which the believer may find particularly strange. A culture far from being rooted in biblical truth. How did we get here? What is this culture really all about? How can we better understand it and, perhaps, even engage productively with it?
This class will explore these questions through the study and discussion of Carl Truman’s excellent 2022 book Strange New World: How Thinkers and Activists Redefined Identity and Sparked the Sexual Revolution. Additional course material and discussion will be included.
