A. W. Tozer wrote: “What comes into our minds when we think about God is the most important thing about us” (The Knowledge of the Holy). Our belief about God determines everything else about us. Theology (the study of God) will be a key subject this spring in the MTN foundational class: Bible Doctrines Survey I. Over nine weeks we will complete a comprehensive survey of essential Christian doctrines:
- Revelation and inspiration
- God
- Humanity and sin
- The Person and work of Christ
Bible Doctrines Survey II (in the fall) will cover the Holy Spirit, salvation, the church, and last things. Our text will be Introducing Christian Doctrine by Millard Erickson.
